The information can be emailed or sent together with the tools/parts.
There is no specific format for the information as it can be in the form of a drawing, 3-D data, e-mail, ppt-presentation or what else you prefer. We have prepared a proposal for an order form, that contains all the information there could be considered/needed from our side.
